ClosedLoopClinic (CLC) is a telehealth medical practice that offers multiple virtual healthcare services, including family medicine, urgent care, mental health, chronic disease management (CDM)/remote patient monitoring (RPM), and men’s health. We provide convenient and accessible medical care from the comfort of your home.

You can make an appointment in four different ways:
1) Go to our website and click “Book an Appointment.”
2) Use our Virtual appointment bot.
3) Access the patient portal after registering.
4) Use our mobile app after registering.

If all appointments for the day are fully booked, we assure you that you will be given a same-day appointment after being placed on a waitlist. We will accommodate you by offering any available slots that open up due to cancellations or by creating a new slot for you on the same day.

We recognize the significance of accessibility and convenience for your health. You will have a secure video call with a healthcare provider during a virtual appointment. You can talk about your health concerns, get medical advice, and receive prescriptions if needed, just like in-person visits.

You will need a device with a camera and microphone (such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer) and a stable internet connection. We recommend using a quiet, private space for your appointment.

Currently, ClosedLoopClinic is not accepting medical insurance. However, we are in the process of contracting with various insurance providers. We will soon be accepting all major medical insurances. Please check back for updates or contact us for more information.

Our out-of-pocket prices for consultations are as follows:

– New Patients: $139 
– Established Patients (Follow-Up): $99

To prepare for your virtual appointment:
• Ensure your device is charged and has a working camera and microphone.
• Test your internet connection.
• Find a quiet, private space.
• Have your ID and any relevant medical information ready.

During your virtual visit, our healthcare providers can prescribe a wide range of medications if they are medically necessary. Once prescribed, the medications will be sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy for your convenience.

If your condition requires the attention of a specialist, our healthcare providers can refer you to the appropriate specialist and coordinate your care.

At ClosedLoopClinic, we specialize in adult care. Please note that we cannot accommodate patients under 19 years of age or pregnant patients. Thank you for understanding.

ClosedLoopClinic is not equipped to handle medical emergencies. If you experience a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
